The Nashville Predators offer full-time college students the opportunity to gain hands on experience and earn college credit at the same time! Predators’ internships make it possible for students to learn how a professional sports team operates on a daily basis. You will learn valuable skills in database management, lead generation, survey research, analytics, and ticketing as well as gain contacts and experiences to jump start a career in the wide world of sports!

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Process ticket orders on a daily basis.
  • Assist box office on game nights.
  • General administrative work including maintaining/organizing files, data entry, copying, filing, faxing, and mailing.
  • Provide customer service to patrons on game nights and normal box office hours.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Generate reports as needed by Ticket Operations staff.
  • Act as liaison between ticket operations and Fan Relations/Sales staff.
  • Other team relevant jobs assigned by supervisor.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and an ability to work extended days, hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays are requirements
  • All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities
  • The internship must be a part of the student’s curriculum
  • The internship must provide earned hours that are directly applied to the student’s degree
  • Internships do not provide compensation
  • Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completion

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer skills
  • Ticket software experience (ideally Ticketmaster, Archtics, or similar systems).
  • Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
