Nashville Predators offer full-time college students the opportunity to gain hands on experience and earn college credit at the same time! Predators’ internships make it possible for students to learn how a professional sports team operates on a daily basis. You will learn valuable skills in database management, lead generation, survey research, analytics, and ticketing as well as gain contacts and experiences to jump start a career in the wide world of sports!                           

Major Responsibilities/Activities: 

  • General administrative work including maintaining/organizing files, data entry, copying, filing, order processing and mailing.
  • Provide customer service to patrons on game nights
  • Assist in coordinating Club Member events and customer experiences including but not limited to:
    • Season Face Off events, hockey and front office staff events, holiday gift fulfillment, ticket deliveries, benefits/services brochure design and implementation, management of Social Media page for members, and other duties as assigned 
  • Ability to think fast and resolve unusual/adverse situations by making sound decisions. 
  • Use logical thinking and find practical solutions based on the situations presented
  • Assist with arena tours
  • Other relevant jobs assigned by supervisor.
  • Some nights and weekend hours are required
  • Monitor, maintain, and assist with interacting on social media platforms
  • Coordinate with Club Services Coordinators and all vendors that participate in the customer experience including but not limited to:  food & beverage, security, event night staff, sponsorship, ticket sales, premium seats, facility operations etc.

Intern Requirements:

  • All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities
  • The internship must be a part of the student’s curriculum
  • The internship must provide earned hours that are directly applied to the student’s degree
  • Working arena events is not required, but it is encouraged
  • Interns must be high-energy, detail-oriented, team players
  • Internships do not provide compensation or housing
  • Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completion
