  • Intern Master Project
  • Become familiar with E: drive and contract language
  • Provide a one sheet summary on a new fan engagement opportunity each week
  • Set up and interview at least one department manager each month to gather information on different departments within the organization (and provide one sheet summaries on each, including what you have learned)
  • Research and assist with sales team to research potential client leads as necessary
  • Assist sales team in building presentations for current and potential clients
  • As contracts come in for the season, distribute and organize department contract books
  • Assist in the creation of recap presentations following events and at the end of the season
  • Manage inventory system of department storage areas
    • Client, Description, Quantity, and reason for use [i.e. tabling, goody bags, promo, etc]
    • Provide regular inventory reports as necessary
    • Keep storage areas organized and clean
  • Support with game nights, partner events and Community Relations as needed
  • Monitor social media service accounts


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional dress code
  • Open and professional communication with supervisor
  • Positive attitude with self-starter mentality
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Ability to do physical activity and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
  • Academic standing of 3.0 or higher
